How to Order Printing Online from Colour Express
Ordering Online couldn’t be easier, just follow these simple steps.
Tip: If you are new to online ordering then you may wish to print out this page for reference
1. Select your Product and Options
Step 1
Browse the website using the menu on the left of the screen.
Step 2
Choose the product and quantity you require and click the price to start the ordering process.
Step 3
You will now be presented with a list of product options e.g. artwork service, paper upgrades etc. Select the options you require and click next.
2. Payment Options
Now check all details are correct and enter your personal details and click one of the following options:
a) Secure Credit Card Payment – click here to move to our secure server to pay online
b) Existing Account Holders – simply click the link and enter your account number when prompted to do so
Your Order will now be confirmed and an email sent summarising the details. If anything is incorrect then contact our customer service team on 01423 798489 or email sales@colourexpress.co.uk.
3. Artwork
During the ordering process you will have selected one of the following options.
Artwork Service – the ordering process is now complete. A member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss your requirements and schedule time in our studios.
I will post my own artwork – simply post your digital files on CD or DVD to Colour Express Ltd, Lingerfield Park, Scotton, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, HG5 9XB. Remember to quote the order reference number from your confirmation email.
I would like to upload to my personal filespace – you will instantly be sent an email with your user name and password to access your own personal file space on our online production server.
